Our Approach
Light House Health Care Services is the BEST NDIS services provider in Western Australia, providing a range of disability services. We aim to make a difference to the lives of those with a disability. The goal is to make each of our participant's life easier and more involved by participating within their own communities.
Support Coordinator
Light House Support coordinator will work with you to identify and control, how, when and what support you get from mainstream services. We are here to help manage service delivery tasks for you to live more independently and be included in your community.
Short Term Accommodation
Light House Healthcare can provide you with respite care services at one of our houses. Our short term stay homes are staffed with experience support workers and clinicians who will provide you with quality care in a warm homely environment.
Supported Independent Living
We support you to live as independently as possible with supervised activities. These include personal hygiene, dressing, medication assistance, financial management, communications skills and lifestyle mentoring.
